An exquisitely textured gold design emblematic to David Webb, this bold 'fleur-de-lis' lends a nod to the royal arms of France. The extravagance of its size properly exhibits the skilled fabrication required for this high-relief form. In addition, labor-intensive hand-hammering may look haphazard from afar, however, is rather carefully executed. The brooch's diamond sash is enveloped with impeccably-set diamond pavé and is detachable. Once independent, the clasp is intended to be configured with other David Webb pieces in your collection.
